All The Futbol Room products are made to order. The estimates below include our typical 1–3 business day processing time plus estimated shipping time.

We work with fulfillment partners in multiple regions around the world. Depending on your location and where your order is produced, international delivery may arrive sooner than the estimate above.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You’ll receive an order confirmation after your purchase and tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Express shipping reduces estimated transit time but does not guarantee faster production or processing. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Rates may vary depending on the destination, product type, package size, and selected shipping method. Apparel, mugs, posters, canvas, and framed products may have different shipping rates.

International Duties & Taxes

Customers outside Canada may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

These charges are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout and vary by destination. Any applicable import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays, Damaged Orders & Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us at futbolroom@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
