Orders are processed and shipped from in various locations as we have partnered with GELATO POD with facilities all over the globe. Items are produced, quality checked and shipped from a location close to where items are ordered. Order processing takes about 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an order confirmation and tracking number via email once your order ships.
